1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Bizak & Co. LLC (Miami, Florida, USA), publisher of Arkadius Bizak’s materials. For anything about your data, write to arkadius@bizakaid.com.
2. What data we collect
- Free chapter sign-up: your first name, e-mail address and your consent.
- E-book purchase: payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your e-mail address and payment details; we never see your full card number.
- Technical data: our web host (Netlify) records basic visit information such as IP address and browser type for security.
3. Why we collect it
- to send you the free chapter and a few e-mails about the book (based on your consent),
- to complete your purchase and send you the download link (performance of a contract),
- to protect the site from spam and abuse (legitimate interest).
4. Who processes it
We use Netlify (website and forms), Stripe (payments), Google Gmail (sending e-mails), Google Analytics (statistics) and Meta (ad measurement). These companies may process data in the United States and elsewhere. We do not sell your data to anyone.
5. How long we keep it
Sign-up data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Purchase data: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
6. Your rights
At any time you can unsubscribe (just reply to any of our e-mails with the word unsubscribe), withdraw your consent, and ask to see, correct, delete or export your data. Write to arkadius@bizakaid.com. If you live in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
7. Cookies, analytics and ads
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, free-chapter sign-ups and purchases. Google Analytics stores cookies in your browser (for example _ga) and collects approximate location, device type and the pages you visit. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. You can block cookies in your browser settings, install the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on, or turn off ad personalization in your Facebook ad settings — the site and downloads will keep working normally.
